Pål Ragnar Källsen, the Head of RSM, is a FIFA licenced Football Agent and also serves as Director of Spintso AB, a sports equipment manufacturer. As an entrepreneur and former investment banker, he combines a passion for the sport with a large network and 30 years of professional experience from the highest levels in football and finance.
